The Notifications Centre provides you with the ability to view all payment notifications at a glance from your payments platform, as well as to adjust your notification settings to increase or decrease the number of notifications you receive from pay.com.au.
How do I access a quick view of my notifications from the platform?
To access your notifications from the platform, you will need to click on the bell in the top right of your pay.com.au platform. Once clicked you will see a side bar open with your notifications.
How do I access my notifications centre?
There are two ways that you can access your notifications centre.
You can select the notification bell icon from within the payments app and then select the settings icon, this will take you to your notifications centre.
Navigate to profile settings (person icon in top right of your platform, next to the bell icon). Then, once in your profile settings, select “Notifications” from the left of the page. This will take you to your notifications settings.
Note that only account owners have access to view the notifications centre and configure settings.
How to configure my notification settings?
To turn certain notifications on or off, simply click on the blue toggle for each notification that you want turned on or off.
Who can see notifications from the platform and access the notifications centre?
All users can see account notifications from the platform via the bell icon. However, only Account owners have access to see notifications centre and make changes to their notifications settings. Once notification settings are changed, these will only apply to the account owner who made the change.
Can I manage my notification settings if I have multiple accounts under my profile?
When you change the notification settings, they are applied to your profile. This means that any changes will be applied to all of your accounts.
Why can’t I see all of my notifications in the notifications centre?
Only notifications listed in the notification centre can be turned on and off. All other notifications are set to always on as they are considered to be business critical.
