Account setup
Yes — you can open multiple pay.com.au accounts, one for each of your businesses. Each account is separate, and you can switch between them using the same login credentials.
- 1 Log in and click your business name in the top-left corner of the platform.
- 2 Click + Create new.
- 3 Click Get started on the following screen.
- 4 Complete the onboarding steps — you'll need to provide business details and any required documentation.
- 5 Once your new account is activated, you can invite users and start making payments.
