Account settings
There are two places to update your details in pay.com.au — your profile and your account settings.
Profile settings
To update personal details like your mobile number, communication email, or MFA preferences, click the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Account settings
To manage account-level settings like your subscription, user access, or remittance notifications, go to Settings in the left navigation bar.
Some details can't be changed
For security and compliance reasons, your name and date of birth can't be updated in the platform. If your login email or residential/business address has changed, please contact our support team.
