Account setup
If you're using different login credentials to access multiple accounts, you can consolidate them so everything's accessible from one email address.
- 1 Decide on your preferred email address — the one you want to use for all accounts going forward.
- 2 Log in with your non-preferred credentials and invite your preferred email address as a user to that account.
- 3 Log out, then log back in with your preferred credentials. You'll now be able to switch between accounts using the switcher in the top-left corner.
Repeat for each set of credentials
If you have more than two sets of login credentials, repeat steps 2–3 for each additional account.
Need to change the Account Owner role?
This process lets you access all your accounts from one login, but you won't be able to assign the Account Owner role yourself. To transfer ownership, log in with your preferred credentials and contact our support team via live chat.
