Subscription
Once your 90-day free trial ends as a new customer your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time from your account settings.
- 1 Go to Settings > Subscription.
- 2 Select Manage.
- 3 Choose your preferred Plan.
- 4 Select a Payment Method. If you've set a primary payment method in your PayWallet, it will be pre-selected.
- 5 Select Continue and review the terms and conditions.
- 6 Tick the checkbox to confirm your card will be charged quarterly.
- 7 Select Finish.
Subscription charges
Plans are billed quarterly. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.
Please note that the 90-day free trial of the Premium plan is available to new customers only. Any changes to your subscription after the trial period has ended will incur the applicable fee. For more information click here.
