If you no longer need your pay.com.au account, you can request to have it deactivated. There's no cost to keeping your account open, so there's no rush — but if you're ready to close it, we'll take care of it for you.

Your pay.com.au account has no ongoing fees when not in use. You're welcome to leave it open in case you need it again.
To close your account, email support@pay.com.au with your deactivation request. Our team will verify your details and process the closure. If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear it — feel free to include it in your email.
