Get Paid PayRewards Points
If you sell and receive payments through a marketplace, ecommerce platform, or EFTPOS terminal, you can point your payouts directly to your Get Paid account — and earn PayRewards Points on those payments.
How it works
Your Get Paid account has a BSB and account number you can use as a settlement destination on platforms that pay out via bank transfer.
Once updated, settlements from that platform will land in your Get Paid account and earn PayRewards Points on eligible payments automatically — no extra steps needed. We will then settle those payments to your business bank account as normal. Full details of Get Paid can be found in How to get paid through pay.com.au.
To find your Get Paid account details:
- 1 Log in to app.pay.com.au.
- 2 Go to the Get Paid section in the side navigation.
- 3 Copy your BSB and account number.
Then follow the steps provided by your platform, as they each have their own process and rules.
Platform guide & suitability
Check whether your platform needs to debit this account
Get Paid accounts can receive funds but cannot be debited — no platform can pull money back out.
This matters because many platforms need to reclaim funds for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or fee adjustments. If your platform ever needs to take money from your settlement account and it can't, your payouts may be paused or your account suspended by the platform.
Before you switch, check how your platform handles refunds and chargebacks. If it debits your settlement account to process them, don't use your Get Paid details. If you're unsure, contact the platform directly to confirm — their details are below.
You're responsible for confirming your platform is suitable.

| eBay | How to update your bank account details on eBay | |

A note on reconciliation
Most platforms settle on a net basis — meaning they deduct their own fees before transferring funds to you. This affects how the transaction appears across your systems:
- The gross sale amount and platform fee are only visible in the platform's own reporting.
- Your Get Paid transaction history shows the net settlement amount only.
If you use accounting software like Xero or MYOB, you'll need to set up reconciliation rules to account for this split correctly.
High settlement volumes or complex bookkeeping?
We'd recommend speaking to your accountant about the right reconciliation setup.
