How do your FX rates compare to Airwallex, OFX, and Wise?
All foreign exchange rates displayed on the platform are offered by and displayed on behalf of our foreign exchange provider, Send. You can see an indicative exchange rate currently offered by Send on our International Payments page.
How long do international payments take to process?
International payments are generally processed within 2 business days from the date you submit the payment. For some bank account payments — depending on when funds are received — processing may take 3 business days. If you're making a time-sensitive payment, confirm the timeline with your account manager before proceeding.
What are the fees for international payments?
There are up to three fee components:

Are there minimum or maximum transaction amounts?
The minimum payment amount is AUD $10. Large-value transfers are subject to approval based on a review of required documentation — see International payments — source of funds for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can make international payments using:
AMEX and PayID cannot be used for international payments.
Can I lock in a forward rate or set currency alerts?
No. You're offered a live exchange rate by Send at the time of payment. That rate is held for 2.5 minutes due to currency market fluctuations — forward rates and hedging are not available through pay.com.au.
Can I pay multiple international suppliers in one transaction?
No. Only single international payments are supported at this stage — batch payments to multiple international suppliers are not available.
