PayTo availability on pay.com.au depends on your bank. The network is expanding — if your bank isn't listed yet, it's likely coming soon. In the meantime, you can still process bank account payments using standard processing times (2–3 business days).

CBA customers — first payment note
First-time PayTo payments from a CBA account may be held for 24 hours by CBA. If this happens, your payment will be remitted the next business day.
NAB accounts
PayTo is currently available for NAB personal accounts only. NAB business accounts are not yet supported.
