Add a payment method
Credit Card
- In the main menu, select Wallet.
- Select Add New > Card.
- Enter your card or account details.
- Select Add Card.
- You may be prompted here to enter a one time password that will be either sent to your card's mobile application or your phone itself via SMS, if so, enter the passcode, and click Confirm
- Your credit card is now added, and you can start making payments.
Bank Account
Follow the below steps if you would like us to direct debit your bank account for payments processed through pay.com.au. If you will be using PayID, you do not need to link your bank account to your Wallet. More information on PayID can be viewed here.
- In the main menu, select Wallet.
- Select Add and choose a payment method: Bank Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add your bank account using Basiq, our open banking software provider. For more information on Basiq, click here.
- Define a transaction limit (This step only applies if you are using Same-day payments with PayTo)
- Your transaction limit must be less than your daily limit on your bank account. Contact your bank to find out your daily limit.
- This limit will become the transaction limit. You will be able to make unlimited payments, as long as each individual payment is under this transaction limit.
- This limit will only be applicable if your account is PayTo enabled.

Select Continue:
a) If an account is PayTo enabled, you will see instructions about how to accept the agreement in your banking application.b) If an account is not PayTo enabled, you will be able to add your bank account by following the instructions and connecting to Basiq. - On success, the account will appear in the PayWallet.

Delete a payment method
- In the main menu, select Wallet.
- Select the kebab (3 dots) menu on the payment method you wish to delete.
- Select Delete > Confirm Delete.
