Basiq
If you're having trouble linking your bank account through Basiq, it's usually for one of two reasons:
Bank not supported
Institution not available via Basiq
Your bank may not yet be connected to the Basiq Open Banking network.

Technical issue during linking
You received an error message during the Basiq connection process.
In either case, you can add your bank account manually. Contact us and our team will enable the manual option for your account, then follow these steps:
- 1 Go to your Wallet and click the Add dropdown, then select Bank account.
- 2 Follow the prompts to enter your bank account details.
- 3 Upload a recent bank statement showing your account name and the last four digits of your account number.
- 4 Click Next. Two small micro deposits (e.g. $0.07 and $0.06) will be sent to your account. These typically appear within 5–20 minutes.
- 5 Once the deposits appear, enter the two amounts in the fields provided and click Verify.
- 6 Our team will review your uploaded document and bank account details. You'll receive an email once your payment method has been approved.
