Airwallex
Adding an Airwallex AUD account as a payment method on pay.com.au requires a few extra steps, as Airwallex accounts need manual verification. Follow the steps below.
Before you start — check your Airwallex settings
Make sure your Airwallex account has BECS direct debit enabled as a payout capability. You can check this in your Airwallex account settings.
Step 1 — Request support from Airwallex
- 1 In pay.com.au, go to your Wallet tab and click Add Bank Account.
- 2 Select Contact Support.
- 3 In your support enquiry, state that you'd like your pay.com.au account to be able to add your Airwallex bank account as a payment method.
- 4 Our team will enable your account to add an Airwallex bank account. You'll receive a notification when this is done.
Step 2 — Add the account manually
- 5 Once notified, select Add bank account manually. This will trigger two small micro deposits to your Airwallex account.
- 6 Enter the two micro deposit amounts when prompted.
- 7 At the Upload bank statement step, upload a screenshot of your Airwallex account clearly showing your account name, BSB, and account number.
- 8 Our team will review your submission and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, your Airwallex account will appear in your PayWallet.
