Pay your team directly through pay.com.au — manually or via ABA file. First time? You'll need to upload your Employee Remuneration Report before your payments can be processed.
Payroll payments are only processed for employees listed in the remuneration report. Upload an updated report whenever you add a new employee.
Visa, Mastercard, or a linked Bank Account/PayID. American Express (Amex) is not accepted for payroll payments.

- 1In the main menu, select Make a Payment.
- 2Select Payroll Payment.
- 3Select the Upload button and attach your Employee Remuneration Report. You can export this from your accounting software, or download and fill out the pay.com.au template.
- 4Choose how you'd like to enter payee information — manually or via ABA file — and follow the on-screen prompts.
Enter manually
- 1Search for an existing payee, or select Add New Recipient.
- 2Enter the payment amount and payment date. Today is pre-selected, but you can queue future payments.
- 3Enter a description for yourself and a description for your payee. These appear on remittance advice emails.
- 4Select your Payment Method.
- 5Choose your PayRewards preference.
- 6Review the payment details and estimated remittance date.
- 7Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Continue.
Import from ABA
- 1Select the Upload button and attach your ABA file (created in your accounting software).
- 2Confirm recipients and payment amounts by checking each row's box.
- 3Select your Payment Method.
- 4Choose your PayRewards preference.
- 5Review payment details and estimated remittance date.
- 6Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Continue.
