PaymentsRemittance
A remittance advice is generated and sent by email once your payment has been successfully released from pay.com.au — that is, once funds from your payment method have settled into our bank account.
When is it sent to your payees?
Remittance advice is automatically emailed to your payee as soon as the payment is remitted, provided their email address is saved in their Payees profile.
When do you receive a copy?
A copy is automatically emailed to you on the same day the payment is remitted — typically around 7pm AEST/AEDT (Sydney/Melbourne time).
If you'd prefer to send remittance advice to your payees yourself, you can turn off automatic sending. Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle the option off.
For processing times by payment method, see Payment processing timelines.
