This article explains what PayRewards Points are and how to claim and redeem them. You don't need to be a pay.com.au business customer — a free PayRewards account is all you need.
What are PayRewards Points?
PayRewards Points are pay.com.au's loyalty currency. You can earn them by paying invoices early through Faster Cashflow offers. They're held in a PayRewards account — you'll need to create one (free) to access and use them.
How to claim your points
-
1
Pay the invoice before the deadline
Pay the business as you normally would.
-
2
Wait for your points confirmation email
Once payment is detected, you'll receive a confirmation email showing how many points you've earned.
-
3
Click "Claim my points"
You'll be taken to pay.com.au to sign up for a free PayRewards account — or log in if you already have one.
-
4
Use the same email address
Sign up with the same email the offer was sent to. Your points are linked to that email address.
Your points are linked to the email the offer was sent to. If you sign up with a different email, the points won't appear in your account.
Points expiry
Once in your PayRewards account, points expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Earn or use points at least once every 18 months to keep them active.
If you receive a points-credited email but haven't signed up yet, claim your points promptly — unclaimed invites expire.
What can I redeem points for?
What's available depends on your account type. When you sign up via a Faster Cashflow offer you'll have a PayRewards account, which gives you access to gift cards, flight and hotel partner transfers, and more.
