Faster CashflowBeta
Currently available to selected customers only.
Faster Cashflow is in a beta program. Access is available through your pay.com.au account manager. If you'd like to express interest, let us know and we'll pass your details on.
Faster Cashflow is a feature inside pay.com.au that lets you incentivise your customers to pay invoices early — without discounting your prices or taking on debt.
Instead of reducing what you're owed, you offer your customers PayRewards Points as a reward for paying within a timeframe you set. You only pay a small fee if they actually do. If they pay late or not at all, nothing is charged.
Faster Cashflow Terms & Conditions
How it works
-
1
Connect your Xero accountYour outstanding sales invoices appear automatically.
-
2
Add an offer to an invoiceChoose how many points your customer earns per $1 (e.g. 1 point per $1) and a payment window (e.g. 7 days).
-
3
Your customer gets an emailThey're told how many points they can earn by paying before the deadline.
-
4
If they pay in time, everything runs automaticallyWe detect the payment in Xero, charge your nominated card, and issue points to your customer. No action required from you.
What does it cost?
The fee is 1% of the invoice value per point of earn rate (ex GST), charged only when your customer pays inside the window.
For example: a 1-point offer on a $1,000 invoice = $11 inc GST, charged on success. A 3-point offer on the same invoice = $33 inc GST.
There is no upfront fee, no monthly cost, and no charge if your customer pays late.
