Offers can't be changed once sent.
Your customer has received those terms by email. After the window lapses you can send a fresh offer.
After sending
Once sent, the invoice moves to Offer sent — awaiting payment. If your customer pays in full inside the window, the fee is charged automatically and their points are issued. You don't need to do anything.
If they pay late or not at all, the offer closes with no charge. You can add a new offer at any time.
