MYOB Integrations
Who can use this feature?
Account owners and admins only
You can connect and disconnect your MYOB account from the Integrations tab in your Account Settings.
Before you connect
You'll need one thing set up in MYOB before your integration will work smoothly: a processing fee account.
This is the account pay.com.au books your processing fees against. It must be classified as an Expense type account in your MYOB Chart of Accounts — not Cost of Sales, not a Liability. If it doesn't exist yet, create one in MYOB under the Expense category before proceeding.
Connect MYOB
- 1 Log into pay.com.au.
- 2 Go to Settings > Integrations.
- 3 On the MYOB card, click Connect.
- 4 Read the information displayed and proceed to Login to MYOB.
- 5 Once you've logged into MYOB, select the MYOB organisation you'd like to connect to.
- 6 Select Allow Access.
- 7 Your pay.com.au account is now connected to MYOB.
Disconnect MYOB
- 1 Go to Settings > Integrations.
- 2 Click Disconnect.
- 3 Click Disconnect again on the confirmation pop-up to confirm.
