pay.com.au's International Payments feature lets you make cross-border payments and earn PayRewards Points on every transfer — powered by our partnership with Send Payments.
Setting up International Payments requires a Send Payments account, which can only be created by the Account Owner. Administrators and operators cannot enable this feature.
How to enable
- 1 Go to Settings > Payments
- 2 Enable International Payments
- 3 Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
Once submitted, our compliance team will review your account and may reach out via email for additional documentation. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is Active and enabled for International Payments.
You can turn International Payments off at any time by following the same steps in Settings > Payments. To close your Send Payments account entirely, contact support at support@pay.com.au.
