Payments
A declined payment is usually straightforward to fix. Here are the most common reasons:
- Insufficient funds in your credit card or bank account (most common)
- Credit card has expired
- Incorrect credit card or bank account details were entered
- A limitation has been placed by your financial institution on your card or account
- The payee industry or payment type is prohibited
When a payment is declined, you'll be notified immediately by email.
What to do next
Check that your card or account details are correct and that your funds are sufficient. If the issue isn't with your details, contact your financial institution directly.
You can also resubmit the transaction with a different or updated payment method at any time.
