Who can use this feature?
Account Owners, Administrators, Managers, and Operators
The Review & authorise page is where payments are queued for approval. What you can see here depends on your role.
Account Owners & Administrators
Full visibility
Can see all submitted payments, regardless of whether they need to take action. To filter to only payments you need to action, turn the Show all payments awaiting authorisation toggle OFF.
Managers
Partial visibility
Can see payments they've submitted, plus payments waiting for their authorisation. To filter to only payments you need to action, turn the Show all payments awaiting authorisation toggle OFF.
Operators
Submitted payments only
Can only see payments they've submitted themselves.
