Account Owners, Administrators, Managers and Operators will have access to the Review & authorise page.

• Account Owners and Administrators will be able to see all payments that have been submitted, regardless of whether they need to authorise the payment or not.

  • To only see payments that you need to action, turn the Show all payments awaiting authorisation toggle OFF.

• Managers will be able to see payments that they have submitted, and payments that they need to authorise.

  • To only see payments that you need to action, turn the Show all payments awaiting authorisation toggle OFF.

• Operators will only be able to see payments that they have submitted.
