Who can use this feature?
Account Owners and Administrators
The Users page in Settings is where you manage everyone who has access to your account — their roles, and any pending invitations.
- 1 Go to Settings > Users.
- 2 Select Add user.
- 3 Enter the user's email address and nickname, then choose their role.
- 4 Click Save to send the invitation.
- 5 The user will receive an email invitation. It expires after 14 days — Account Owners and Administrators can resend it from the Users page.
Invite the right email address
If the person you invite signs up with a different email address than the one you used, they won't be able to access your account. Make sure you invite them using the email they have or plan to register with.
