Mobile App Security
Once you're set up, getting back into the app takes seconds. Your PIN and biometric settings keep your account secure without getting in the way.
Setting up your PIN
You'll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN during your first login. Once set, you'll use it each time you open the app or return after a period of inactivity.
Need to reset your PIN? Tap Forgot PIN on the PIN screen. This will log you out and take you through the authentication flow — at the end of which you'll be prompted to set a new PIN.
Setting up Face ID or fingerprint login
Biometric login can't be enabled during the initial setup flow — you'll need to turn it on from Account Settings after your first login.
- 1 Open the app and go to Account Settings.
- 2 Find the biometric login toggle and switch it on.
- 3 Follow your device's prompts to complete setup.
Once enabled, Face ID or your fingerprint can be used in place of your PIN whenever verification is required.
PIN and biometric settings are stored on your device If you delete the app, your PIN and biometric settings are removed along with it. You'll need to set them up again when you reinstall.
How authentication works across sessions

Common issues
I can't see the login button
If the login button isn't visible, you're already authenticated. The next time you open the app, you'll be prompted to enter your PIN or complete a biometric check — not log in from scratch.
I've forgotten my PIN
Tap Forgot PIN on the PIN screen. This will log you out and start the authentication flow — at the end, you'll be prompted to create a new PIN.
My biometrics aren't working
Make sure biometric login is toggled on in Account Settings, and that Face ID or fingerprint is set up correctly in your device's system settings. If it's still not working, your PIN is always available as a fallback.
I reinstalled the app and my PIN is gone
PIN and biometric settings are stored locally on your device — uninstalling the app removes them. Log back in with your email, password, and 2FA, and you'll be prompted to create a new PIN during that process.
