Your business, in your pocket. The pay.com.au mobile app lets you make payments, review transactions, and authorise spending from wherever you are — without needing to log in at a desk.
Here's what you need to know before you get started.
Device and operating system requirements
The app works on any device running the following operating system versions:

There are no device-specific restrictions — as long as your device supports a listed OS version, you're good to go.
Sessions and security
Your session stays active as long as you're using the app. After 3 minutes of inactivity, you'll need to enter your PIN or complete a biometric check. After 90 days without logging in, you'll need to re-authenticate fully with your email, password, and 2FA.
What you can do in the app
The app is built for on-the-go payment management. Here's what's available:
- Make payments — Pay Now, Pay Later (scheduled), and Recurring
- Authorise payments individually or in bulk
- View your full transaction history across all statuses
- Monitor and cancel scheduled payments
- View batch transaction history
- Use all your existing saved payment methods
- Quick-add new payees directly in the payment flow
- Earn PayRewards Points on eligible payments
