Mobile App Transactions
No more waiting until you're back at the office to check if a payment went through. Your full transaction history is on your phone — recent, pending, scheduled, and everything in between.
Finding your transactions
Your payment activity is available from two places in the app:
Your most recent transactions are shown at a glance as soon as you open the app.
Tap See All from the dashboard to scroll through your complete transaction list.
Every transaction shows: date, amount (including fees), status, payee name, and how long ago it was processed.
Transaction statuses
The app displays all payment statuses — you won't miss anything:
Processing Pending Settled Failed
Cancelled transactions are also visible in your history.
Scheduled and upcoming payments
Tap Upcoming Payments on your dashboard to see everything that's been scheduled. From here you can also cancel a scheduled payment before it processes.
Each scheduled payment shows a full summary card including:
- Description, reference, payment method, and payment type
- Created by and approved by
- Start date, end date, frequency, and number of payments
- Amount, fees (package, service, GST), total, and PayRewards Points
Recurring transactions
Tap Recurring Payments to view all your active recurring transactions in one place, with full payment details for each.
Batch transactions
Batch payments are identified with a batch icon in your Recent Transactions list and in Upcoming Payments. Tap any batch entry to view its full details.
