Keeping your account secure is important to us. We offer two ways to log in securely:
- Passkey Login – The fastest and most secure way to access your account. Read more
- Username & Password + Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – If you use a password, you must also verify your identity with one of the following MFA options:
- A passkey (recommended)
- An authenticator app of your choice (recommended)
- An SMS verification code
Not receiving the SMS verification code?
If you are not receiving the 6 digit OTP/MFA security token, it may be because the code is being flagged as spam by your mobile device. Depending on your device, please follow the below steps:
Android Messages:
Open the Messages app
Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner (or the "More" option)
Select "Spam & blocked" or "Spam folder"
Look for messages flagged as spam or blocked
Google Messages:
Open the Google Messages app
Tap the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner
Select "Spam & blocked" from the dropdown menu
Check for any messages from the issuer
Apple IOS:
In messages, tap the Filters button
Tap Spam
Tap the message you want to review
Avoid Getting Locked Out
To ensure you always have access to your account, we strongly recommend setting up a passkey and an authenticator app. This way, you’re not solely reliant on SMS verification codes, which may not work if you’re overseas or experiencing mobile network issues.
