Transferring to Velocity Points is a two-stage process — first from pay.com.au to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer (VABF) account, then from VABF to your personal Velocity Frequent Flyer account.

Step 1 — Transfer from pay.com.au to your VABF account

• 1 Log in to pay.com.au and go to Rewards.
• 2 Select your connected Virgin Australia Business Flyer account. Don't have one? Sign up for free here.
• 3 Enter the number of PayRewards Points you want to convert to Velocity Points.
• 4 Select the VABF account to transfer to and click Continue.
• 5 Review the transfer details in the side drawer and click Transfer.

Step 2 — Transfer from your VABF account to Velocity

• 1 Log in to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
• 2 Navigate to Transfer Points.
• 3 Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership details. Don't have an account? Create one for free here.
• 4 Enter the number of Velocity Points to transfer to your personal Velocity account.
• 5 Log in to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account — your updated points balance will be reflected there.
