At the start of each month, the net PayRewards accumulated during the previous month are converted to your chosen partner in increments of 1,250 points. Your points balance from prior months is unaffected.

Yes. Manual transfers still work when Auto-Convert is enabled. If you manually transfer points before the auto-conversion runs, the remaining net balance earned that month will auto-convert to your chosen partner.

For example: if you earn 100,000 PayRewards in a month and manually transfer 60,000 of them, the remaining 40,000 will auto-convert.

• 1 Click on the transfer partner you have Auto-Convert set up for.
• 2 Click Manage accounts.
  
• 3 From the side drawer, click Edit account.
• 4 Click the toggle to switch Auto-Convert off.
  
• 5 Click Save.
