• 1 Log in to your account dashboard.
• 2 Click Rewards in the top right of your dashboard.
• 3 Go to Redeem > Custom redemptions.
• 4 From the dropdown, select the category that best fits your request.
• 5 Enter a description of what you're after. If it's a specific item from an online retailer, include the link — it helps our team process your request faster.
• 6 Click Submit.
