How do I get access to PayRewards Points?

You are automatically enrolled in PayRewards when you sign up to pay.com.au. Your points are earned in the name of the account holder (not the business).

How do I earn PayRewards Points?

You can earn PayRewards on every transaction you make through pay.com.au. You can choose how many PayRewards Points you earn on each payment by selecting to earn 1 point, or 2 points per $1.

Convert your PayRewards Points with our major rewards partners including Qantas Business Rewards, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Virgin Australia Business Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Accor Live Limitless, or redeem for whatever you like through your Rewards Portal.

How much does it cost?

There are two tiers of PayRewards Points that you can choose to earn on top of your credit card payments or when making a bank transfer payment.

You can choose to earn 1 PayRewards Point for every $1 you process through pay.com.au with a 1.0% ex GST processing fee.

OR

You can choose to earn 2 PayRewards Points for every $1 you process through pay.com.au with a 1.8% ex GST processing fee.

Do PayRewards expire?

PayRewards points expire after 18 months of no earning or redemption activity. They remain active if you earn, redeem, or transfer points to any of our airline or hotel partners within this period.
