- Login to your account dashboard
- Within the payments app, Click on the Rewards button on the top right
- Click on Redeem > Custom redemptions
- From the drop down, select the option relevant to your request
- Enter an overview of the item and what you are interested in.
- If you have a particular item in mind from an online retailer, we will also require the link so our team can process your redemption more quickly.
- Click on Submit
