You can refer people within your network by sharing your personalised referral link, which can be found in your pay.com.au account. When someone you refer successfully meets the specified qualifying criteria, both you and your referral will be rewarded with Bonus Points. This means that not only do you benefit from introducing new users to the platform, but the person you refer will also receive a reward, making it a mutually beneficial process.
Who is eligible?
Only Account Owners are able to access the Refer and earn page. You will only be able to earn the referral benefit if you send the code to someone who signs up as an Account Owner and completes the qualifying criteria.
How can I refer someone?
To refer someone, simply navigate to the bottom left corner of your Dashboard and click on the "Refer and earn" option. This action will take you to your dedicated referral dashboard. On this page, you will see your unique referral link, which you can easily copy to share with others. Alternatively, you have the option to send the referral link directly via email to the person you wish to refer. By using either method, you can effortlessly invite friends, colleagues, or acquaintances to join pay.com.au and start earning rewards together.
I’ve sent a referral, why can’t I see it in my list of referrals?
Referrals will only show up in your referral list once the Account Owner has signed up using the unique link. If they are not showing up, they either have not signed up yet or they may have signed up without the link.
Who can I send referrals to?
Referrals can be sent to any business owner. When they sign up, they need the role of Account Owner as that is the only role that can earn points. If the referral was sent to someone who isn’t a business owner and will not have the role of Account Owner in pay.com.au, the referral will be invalid and no one will receive the referral offer.
If you have sent the link to a non business owner by mistake, you can send it to the business owner instead and still receive the offer - as long as they have not already signed up.
Why am I seeing an email address in the list that I didn’t send a referral to?
The list will show any Account Owner that signed up using your referral link. If you sent the link to a non business owner and then the business owner signed up using the link, we will display the business owner’s email address as the referred person.
If the Account Owner signs up with a different email (e.g. their personal email address), that will show up in the list instead of the email address that you sent the link to.
When will I receive my bonus points?
If the referral qualifies as a Successful Referral, we will allocate the Bonus PayRewards Points to both you and the referral within 30 days of qualification.
