How do I refer someone?
Navigate to the bottom left corner of your dashboard and click Refer and earn. Your unique referral link will be there — copy it to share, or send it directly by email to whoever you want to refer.
Who can I send referrals to?
Referrals can be sent to any business owner. The person you refer must sign up with the role of Account Owner — that's the only role that can earn points. If they sign up without that role, the referral will be invalid and neither party will receive the bonus.
If you accidentally sent the link to the wrong person, you can send it to the business owner instead — as long as they haven't already signed up.

I've sent a referral — why can't I see it in my list?
Referrals only appear in your list once the Account Owner has signed up using your unique link. If they're not showing up, they either haven't signed up yet or signed up without using the link.
Why is the referral code showing as invalid?
Check that the code is entered correctly and hasn't expired. If you don't have a referral or promo code — or it's showing as invalid — simply clear the field, leave it blank, and continue with the sign-up.
Why am I seeing an email address I didn't send a referral to?
The list shows any Account Owner who signed up using your referral link. If you sent the link to someone who isn't a business owner and the business owner then used that same link, the business owner's email will show in your list.
If the Account Owner signed up with a different email (e.g. their personal address), that address will appear instead of the one you sent the link to.

When will I receive my bonus points?
Once the referral qualifies as a Successful Referral, Bonus PayRewards Points will be allocated to both you and the referred person within 30 days of qualification.
