The Travel Portal is managed by our third-party travel partner, Ascenda, and allows you to book flights and accommodation using your available PayRewards points, or a combination of PayRewards points and cash.

Important Note: Airfare bookings through the Travel Portal are not Reward Seat bookings. If you need assistance to search for Reward Seats, it is advised you contact our PayTravel team for assistance through the Rewards > Travel > Reward seat research menu item to the left of your dashboard.
