Through a partnership with Send Payments, pay.com.au’s International Payments feature enables you to make cross border payments and earn rewards points on those payments. International payments works for the following payment types:

Supplier (Enter manually)

Payroll (Enter manually)
To make an international payment in pay.com.au:

Ensure International Payments are Enabled in Settings > Payments

Only an Account Owner can set this up. See here for more detail on enabling International Payments.

Go to Payees and add an International Payee.

Go to Make a Payment

Select your Payment type (Supplier or Payroll)

Select Enter manually
-
Select the International Payee from the Payees selector
-
Enter either the amount that you wish to send (You Send) or you want your payee to receive (Payee Gets)

No need for calculations, the other amount field will update with the exchange rate conversion

Enter other payment details

Payment date must be ‘Now’ or Today’s date for International Payments. Recurring payments and payments scheduled for a future date are not supported.

Select your payment method

AMEX and PayID are not available for International Payments.

Continue to select your PayRewards preference

Continue to Review and authorise

Your rate will be locked in at this stage, make sure to review any changes in amounts and fees. You have 2 and a half minutes to complete the payment from this step before the rate changes again.
