Heads up: PayRewards Package fees are separate to credit card Platform Fees. You might be paying both — or just one, depending on how you choose to earn your points.
PayRewards earn rates are the same on every plan. Whether you're on Free, Regular, or Premium, you choose between 1 pt per $1 (1.0% fee) or 2 pts per $1 (1.8% fee) on every transaction. Your subscription plan affects your credit card platform fee — not your PayRewards earn rate.
Note: **Our Ultra package is exclusively available to customers on a paid Regular or Premium subscription.
Can I earn PayRewards on bank transfer payments?
Yes — PayRewards Points can be earned on bank transfer payments, including PayTo, PayID and Direct Debit. Select your package tier at checkout, just as you would for a credit card payment.
