Why is my payment showing as "Processing"?

The ‘Processing’ state indicates that you have authorised the payment for processing and we have initiated the payment instruction with your bank or card issuer.  

This will change to ‘Remitting’ once the funds are cleared and our platform is performing the reconciliation process of payments for the day.  This state is typically temporary whilst this daily process is completed.
