Why is my bank account "Pending"?

Your bank account may show as "Pending" because we need to verify its ownership for security reasons. Our team will contact you via email within 1 business day.

When you add a bank account, we check if it meets certain rules to confirm it belongs to you. If it does not meet these rules, our compliance team will investigate further to ensure it is yours.

Once completed, you will be able to use the bank account for payments.
