Help CentreIf you have activated your PayRewards pre-paid digital Mastercard and did not add it to your mobile wallet, follow the steps below to retrieve the card details.
1. Once you have entered your personal details on the activation page, you will receive an SMS.
2. Click on the link in your SMS and follow the prompts to download The Card Network (TCN) app.
3. In the TCN App tap “View Card Information” and then tap on the “Add to Wallet” button.
4. Follow the prompts to add your card to your mobile wallet.
5. Your card will then be ready to “Tap & Pay” anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
