If your bank account is eligible for same day payments, you will be able to upgrade it from your PayWallet.
Follow this guide to upgrade your bank account and enable same day payments:
- Navigate to your PayWallet.
- Select Upgrade on the account you want to use.
- Define a transaction limit.
- Your transaction limit must be less than your daily limit on your bank account. Contact your bank to find out your daily limit.
- This limit will become the transaction limit. You will be able to make unlimited payments, as long as each individual payment is under this transaction limit.
- This limit will only be applicable if your account is PayTo enabled.
- Acknowledge the terms & conditions and Send Request.
- If your bank account is not yet enabled for PayTo, you will be unable to utilise same day payments for this bank account.
- If your bank account is enabled for Payto, a PayTo agreement will be sent to your banking application.
- Open your banking app and navigate to your PayTo agreements, and accept the pay.com.au agreement.
- You will have 5 days to accept the PayTo agreement, and after this time, the agreement will expire.
You are now able to use this bank account for payments that will be processed on the same day that they are authorised prior to 2pm AEST.
