How do I transfer my PayRewards to other members?

As a pay.com.au business account owner, you can use your PayRewards by sharing them with your friends, family, business partners and associates.

The individual you want to transfer to must be a registered pay.com.au user, but they don't necesarily need to be invited to your business payments account. Learn more

Most transfers are instant and irreversible. Always ensure you've entered the correct username for the PayRewards member you wish to transfer to. 

To transfer your PayRewards Points to another member follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to PayRewards and log in. If you're in the Payments space, click on Rewards in the top right.

2. Click on Transfer > Transfer to member

3. Enter the number of PayRewards points you wish to send
4. Enter the recipient email address ensuring the correct email is entered
5. Select the recipient's relationship to you from the drop down
6. Tick the important information and acknowledgement check box
7. Click on Transfer

That's it! Your PayRewards will be transferred to the recipient and we'll let them know by email.
