Before you start, ensure that you're eligible to open an account, and have your ABN ready.
Can I open a pay.com.au account?
To register, navigate to the Sign up page and follow the steps below:
- Enter your email address
- Enter a password that has at least 10 characters, one upper case character, one lowercase character, and one number
- Review and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Provide an Australian mobile phone number
- You will receive a one-time code via SMS - enter the verification code to continue
- Click Continue to begin onboarding your business
- We will ask to verify your email once you have finished onboarding
Please note that you will not be able to create payments until you have onboarded your business. Once a payment has been created, you will not be able to authorise it until you have verified your email.
You may be asked to provide additional documentation and business details based on your business type.
