How do I sign up for pay.com.au?

Get started with pay.com.au in a few quick steps.

Before you start, ensure that you're eligible to open an account, and have your ABN ready.

Can I open a pay.com.au account?

To register, navigate to the Sign up page and follow the steps below: 

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter a password that has at least 10 characters, one upper case character, one lowercase character, and one number.
3. Review and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4. You will receive a one-time code via email - enter the verification code to continue.
5. Provide an Australian mobile phone number.
6. You will receive a one-time code via SMS - enter the verification code to continue.
7. Click Continue to begin onboarding your business.

Please note that you will not be able to make payments until you have onboarded your business. You may be asked to provide additional documentation and business details based on your business type.
