How do I edit a users nickname?

An Account Owner or Administrator can edit a user's nickname from the Users page in Settings.

To change the user’s nickname, follow the steps:

1. From the sidebar, go to Settings > Users.
2. Locate the user and click on the Ellipsis, then Edit.
3. Update the user's nickname.
4. Click Save.
