How Do I Change or Cancel a Flight Booking That I Have Made?

Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellations or changes will be subject to the booking policy at the time of reservation. Cancellation or changes are also subject to applicable airline fare conditions, along with an administrative fee of USD 50.00 and 5% of the cash payment made. Note: If PayRewards were used for your booking, the balance of your points will be refunded and deposited back into your pay.com.au account in 2-4 business days after booking cancellation.
