How do I add my AirWallex bank account as a payment method?

To link an Airwallex AUD account as a pay.com.au payment method, follow theses steps:

1. Within your AirWallex account, ensure that your account capabilities allow for payout via ‘BECS direct debit’.
2. Click > Add Bank Account under the PayWallet tab, and select > Contact Support
3. Under the support enquiry, please cite that you would like your pay.com.au account to able to add your AirWallex bank account as a payment method.
4. Our support team will then provide your account with the ability to add your AirWallex bank account as a payment method.
5. Once we have been notified by our support team that your account has the ability to add your AirWallex bank account as a payment method, fill out > Add bank account manually. This will send two micro deposits to your elected account.
6. Enter in these two micro deposit amounts.
7. Upon the ‘Upload bank statement’ step, upload a screenshot of your AirWallex bank account showing your account name, BSB and account number.
8. Your new payment method will then be reviewed by the team who will subsequently notify you of the outcome of this payment method being added to your PayWallet.
