Yes, superannuation contributions can be made through pay.com.au, in the same way you would make other payments.
To make a Super payment you will need to set up your clearing house as your payee. You will need to have your clearing house ABN, bank account or BPay details, as well as the relevant EFT reference. You make one single payment to them. The clearing house will then distribute the funds to the individual super funds for you.
This is how you can make superannuation payments through pay.com.au:
When superannuation is paid directly to a Super clearing house, use the Supplier payment flow. Add your Super clearing house as a payee with the payment intructions they have provided, along with their ABN. You will then be able to make your payment using the Make a payment > Supplier payment option.
When superannuation is paid to a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF), use the Payroll payment flow. First you will need to add the SMSF with the payment details provided by your employee as a Payroll payee within your Payee list. Once the payee is created, you will then be able to make your payment using the Make a payment > Payroll payment option.
