Auto-Convert PayRewards - FAQ's

Your pay.com.au account allows you to set-up an auto-conversion of PayRewards into your Qantas Business Rewards and Virgin Australia Business Flyer accounts. Below are some common questions and answers to help guide you. 

How does Auto-Convert work?

At the end of each month, your PayRewards points will automatically convert to your chosen partner in increments of 1,250 points. Your points balance from previous months will remain unaffected.

I accidentally set up Auto-Convert. How can I cancel it?

You can cancel Auto-Convert by following the steps below:

1. Click on the transfer partner you have set-up the auto conversion for
2. Click on Manage accounts
3. From the side drawer, click on Edit account
4. Click the toggle to switch off auto-convert
   
5. Click Save
