How does Auto-Convert work?
At the end of each month, your PayRewards points will automatically convert to your chosen partner in increments of 1,250 points. Your points balance from previous months will remain unaffected.
I accidentally set up Auto-Convert. How can I cancel it?
You can cancel Auto-Convert in two ways:
- Through the banner
After setting up Auto-Convert, a blue banner will appear on the "Convert Points" page.
To cancel: - Click the Cancel button in the banner.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once it's successfully canceled.
2. Through the connection modal
Alternatively, click the pencil icon next to your connection.

- Uncheck the Auto-Convert box.
- Click Confirm to finalize the change.
