Auto-Convert PayRewards - FAQ's

Your pay.com.au account allows you to set-up an auto-conversion of PayRewards into your Qantas Business Rewards and Virgin Australia Business Flyer accounts. Below are some common questions and answers to help guide you. 

How does Auto-Convert work?

At the start of each month, the net amount of PayRewards accumulated during the previous month is converted to your chosen partner in increments of 1,250 points. Your points balance from previous months will remain unaffected. 

Can I manually transfer points to any partner when Auto-convert is toggled on?

Yes, you can still manually transfer points earned even when auto-convert is enabled. If you manually transfer points before the auto-conversion occurs, the remaining net balance of points earned in that month will auto-convert to your chosen partner. 

For example, if you earn 100,000 PayRewards in a month, and you manually transfer 60,000 of those points, the remaining balance of 40,000 points will be automatically converted. 

How can I cancel Auto-Convert?

You can cancel Auto-Convert by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the transfer partner you have set-up the auto conversion for
  2. Click on Manage accounts
  3. From the side drawer, click on Edit account
  4. Click the toggle to switch off auto-convert
  5. Click Save
